No chopping, just pulsing, then I dip, and snack a way, hey hey! Okay, I don’t know what has gotten into me, but this Sriracha hummus has me singing. This uber fast, and effortless hummus is so YUM, and is just the most perfect way to spice up those veggies, and tortilla chips. When I say “spice up” I literally me spice them up because Sriracha is hot dang! If you are a fan of Sriracha like me, and can’t think of enough ways to eat it then you’ll love this spicy healthy snack.
I don’t know about you, but I’m always looking for healthy snacks to have on the go. It just seems like life is so crazy, and there is so much hustle and bustle, so you need to have something quick to eat. I don’t always want to have a granola bar, or shake, but even worse is when you don’t have a snack around. That is when you enter the HANGER danger zone, and all you see/want is junk food NOW!! To avoid seeing red take this hummus on the go by storing it in a mason jar filled with your favourite veggies. That way it is ready for you to eat. Heck, the veggies will already be dipped in the hummus, so it’s so easy you don’t even have to put effort into your first dunk, but I guarantee you’ll be double dipping! Not only is a mason jar the perfect way to store this hummus for everyday craziness, but also the perfect way to store it so you can bring a healthy snack to the beach, or on a picnic! Speaking of places to go, my pups have some more pups to meet, so it is time for me to take them to the dog park. As you can see my one pup Chester has mixed emotions. He is bagging for my hummus, but also bagging me to go to the park already!! So since I’m a crazy dog lady (and proud of it) I will let my pups boss me around, and keep this post short. I’m a little hungry, but good thing I’ve got my yummy Sriracha hummus coming with me to snack on while my crazy pups play!
I hope this recipe helps you have something quick and delicious to eat, so you have more time to enjoy your crazy day!
PS. Have you tried any of my recipes? If so, thank you so much for inviting me into your kitchen! I would love to hear some feedback if you have the time to leave me a little note!
